MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Welcome to the Mighty Ministries - Castlewood Family Farm PMA!

We are so happy to have you and hope that you enjoy the taste & health benefits of the milk from our beloved A2/A2 grass fed Jersey cows.

Here are our guidelines in more simple terms to explain the pick up procedure as well as payment expectations.

PAYMENT

The price of joining the PMA is $50 and this allows you to purchase the farm goods we offer. It is a non-refundable, one time cost and includes the use of up to 4 reusable glass half gallon milk jars.

There is an additional $5 per jar refundable deposit for glass jars and lids if more than 4 will be needed.

Jars are to be returned clean on a weekly or biweekly basis for sterilization and re-use. If jars are not returned, or returned with cracks, chips, or missing lids, you will incur a $5 fee for each missing or damaged jar.

Payment is to be made in full by your pick up day via the website, cash or Venmo (do NOT select purchasing goods or services as this adds an additional fee that you will be responsible for if acquired). Venmo is @mhallam.

If payment is not received by your pick up day, you will not be able to pick up your milk until full payment is received.

PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

Our address is 760 SH-83 Franktown, CO 80116.

Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping your speed to 5 MPH and staying within member pickup area unless otherwise instructed.

Upon becoming a member and purchasing a subscription, you will select a day of the week (subject to availability) that works best for you to pick up. This MUST be the same day every week unless communication is made otherwise. No Sundays.

Milk will be in coolers at our gate and all jars will be labeled so you know which ones are for you.

When returning jars, they must be marked with your name or they will not be counted as returned. If the label comes off your jar lid, you may leave a paper inside each jar with your name or write your name with a sharpie on the glass jar. Please do not write on lids.

If there is a week you're traveling or unable to pick up, you can choose to forfeit your milk for the week or send someone to pick up for you.

Our raw milk and dairy products stay fresh 14 days when refrigerated at 35–38°F and transported in a cooler.

Drop location pick up: You must be there on time. If not, you will have to pick up on farm or forfeit your milk for the week. No exceptions.

• For on-farm pickup: If you are unable to pick up your milk on your assigned day, you may do so the following day if you have communicated that with us beforehand.

If you're unable to pick up within the two-day window, you will forfeit your milk for that week unless other arrangements are made with us prior.

Communication is KEY. If you need to make alternate arrangements, you must do so at least 48 hours before your weekly pick up day. Any changes made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded or made up on another date.

Please return your CLEAN jar(s) and lid(s) weekly to ensure we have enough jars to keep the cycle going.

TERMINATION

We will be sad to see you go, but if for any reason you choose to terminate the subscription, we ask that you give us 30 days notice to ensure we can secure another buyer to replace you.

If less than 30 days notice is given, then no refund or credit will be given for any missed pick up.

We reserve the right to terminate membership at any time for any reason (harassment, constant complaints, etc).

There is to be ABSOLUTELY NO trespassing on the property and going outside of designated pick up area without permission, as there are guardian dogs, bulls that can be dangerous, and other families that live on the ranch and wish to have their privacy respected.

Membership will be immediately terminated upon violation.

We also have a 3 strike system; violations are grounds for termination.

3 STRIKE SYSTEM

Three violations of the outlined rules are grounds for termination of membership in our PMA and your subscription.

Violations include:

• Speeding or driving recklessly down our driveway
• Taking extra jars or purposely taking jars marked for others
• Not returning your jars and lids weekly or biweekly at the most
• Paying your subscription fee late or picking up without making payment
• Returning your jars dirty (a $5 per jar cleaning fee will also be incurred for each dirty jar)
• Failure to show up for drop location pick up unless 48 hours notice is given
