Terms of Service

Please review each section carefully before joining the herdshare.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

By joining Mighty Ministries, a Private Ministerial Association (“the Association”), and/or any website, platform, or social media group started by, created by, maintained, or organized by the Association, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of the Association

This Association declares that its objective is to allow the founders and members of Mighty Ministries a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business with the Association and with other members, keeping all business within the private domain and utilizing protections guaranteed by:

• The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)
• The Constitution of the United States of America
• Applicable State Constitutions
• Other historic and recognized protections of private association

2. Rights and Freedoms

We believe that the Creator bestowed upon us unalienable rights and liberties, including but not limited to freedom of religion, speech, petition, and assembly. These rights are recognized and protected under:

• The Magna Carta Libertatum (1215)
• The Charter of the Forest (1217)
• Articles of Confederation (1781)
• Republic Constitution (1787)
• Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)
• U.S. Constitution and applicable State Constitutions
• Canadian Charter of Rights

We hereby declare that we are exercising our right of freedom of association, and that all Association activities are restricted to the private domain, outside the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and representatives, as provided by law.

3. Member Autonomy

Members retain the right to decide for themselves which Association members may provide counsel or advice regarding matters including, but not limited to:

• Physical, spiritual, and mental health
• Education
• Law
• Private business activities

4. Freedom of Choice

Members expect the freedom to choose and perform for themselves the types of education, therapies, treatments, assistance, and services they believe are best for their well-being and quality of life.

5. Mission

The mission of Mighty Ministries is to provide members with a forum to conduct business, education, ministry, and assistance between members, within the private domain, with all constitutional protections remaining intact.

6. Membership Recognition

The Association will recognize any person who joins Mighty Ministries or its affiliated groups and agrees with its principles, provided that person has not been sanctioned or removed by the Association.

7. Membership Termination

Membership may be terminated at any time by the Association Trustees or their designee if a member’s conduct is determined to be contrary or detrimental to the Association’s purpose, principles, or members.

8. Dispute Resolution

All complaints or grievances involving the Association, its Trustees, or its members shall be resolved exclusively by an Association-designated person, committee, or tribunal. By consenting to membership, members waive external legal claims against the Association, except in cases of clear and present danger of substantive harm and with Association approval.

9. Private Capacity

Members voluntarily change their capacity from that of a public person to a private member while participating in Association activities. All activities are private contractual matters and are not subject to disclosure to governmental authorities.

10. Voluntary Participation

Membership is entered into freely, without coercion. Members affirm they do not represent any local, state, or federal regulatory or enforcement agency.

Membership may be withdrawn by the member at any time. Membership may be revoked for abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, or harassing behavior.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT & INTAKE WAIVER

Overview

I apply for membership in Mighty Ministries, a lawfully formed Private Ministerial Association. By electronically consenting to this agreement, I accept membership and agree to the following Declaration of Purpose, Preamble, and Memorandum of Understanding.

Declaration of Purpose

Mighty Ministries is organized for educational, spiritual, beneficent, and ministry purposes, including worship, and operates under its own Bylaws and Ecclesiastical Law. The Association remains unincorporated and exists to uplift and enlighten people worldwide while keeping all Association activities within the private domain.

Membership Rights and Benefits

Members are entitled to:

• Informed consent regarding services and activities
• Access to the Association’s Bylaws upon request
• Privacy and confidentiality of personal information
• Internal review of written complaints submitted within three (3) months of an incident
• Continued membership unless withdrawn by the member or terminated per Association rules

Preamble

Members choose to operate pursuant to the U.S. Constitution, State Constitutions, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which guarantee freedoms of speech, petition, assembly, and private association.

The Association exists to be “in the world, but not of the world,” acting in accordance with Nature and Nature’s God, serving as responsible stewards in alignment with its spiritual mission.

Memorandum of Understanding

I understand and agree that:

• Members, teachers, instructors, and service providers may or may not be licensed
• A private contractual relationship exists between members
• The Association operates outside governmental jurisdiction
• Complaints are resolved internally
• HIPAA privacy rights and complaint processes are waived within the Association, while personal records remain protected
• Participation is voluntary, and no financial liability is assumed for specific outcomes
• Records remain the property of the Association
• Legal action against fellow members is waived except in extreme circumstances approved by the Association

Term of Membership

Membership begins upon electronic submission of this agreement and, where applicable, payment of any dues or program fees. Membership remains active unless withdrawn or terminated per Association policy.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire Membership Agreement and Intake Waiver for Mighty Ministries. By electronically consenting, I affirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms contained herein.
